We have decided to sell Le Pierrotin!

After 8 years, we have reluctantly decided to sell our beautiful fully furnished apartment, located in a truly remarkable place right on the edge of the Garonne river in Central Toulouse. Since we are not in a real rush to sell, we have decided to use what may be a completely novel way to determine the sale price.

To start with, the proposed price will be high - but perhaps not excessive given the current state of the housing market in Toulouse. But starting around the beginning of March, the sale price will drop by €1000 every day until someone has offered us enough to buy it. Over the next year or so, the price will gradually drop until it is well below the normal market price. But we hope that it will have been sold well before that!
