We can provide receipts for most items. We also provide details of the costs associated with some of the other fixed items, including the Reversible Air Conditioning system with four internal modules, which was replaced in the summer of 2023 and has recently been serviced, and the water pump in the basement that is used for evacuation of waste water.

Note that when determining the taxes associated with the sale of the property, the value of the furnishings is excluded from the calculation.
